Ed Harrod has been a resident of the Tri-Cities since 1956. He is currently the Designated Broker for the Top Producing Real Estate office in the Tri-Cities; Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Associated Brokers. Ed served as President of the Tri-City Association of Realtors in 2001.
Ed has held his Realtor’s license since 1989. Prior to serving as the Broker and Sales Manager at Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Associated Brokers, he was an active Realtor® serving on committees such as Governmental affairs, Multiple Listing Services, Budget & Finance, & held the offices of President elect in 2000 and Vice President in 1999 of the Board of Realtors®. During this time he was honored with such awards as Realtor Community Service and Coldwell Banker Presidents Elite, which is bestowed only to the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker Agents nationwide for their production. He holds the realtor designations Certified Residential Specialist, Certified New Home Sales Professional, Graduate Realtors Institute, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager and holds a certificate in Real Estate from the State of Washington. Ed has been and continues to remain heavily involved in the Development of many of the newer Tri-Cities leading neighborhoods.
Previous to Ed joining the Real Estate profession, Ed was Western Region Marketing Director at TransAmerica Relocation, was Vice-President of a large Commercial bank and was very active in the credit industry having served as a President of the Tri-Cities Retail Association and received their award; Tri-Cities Credit Individual of the Year. Ed also holds the designation Certified Consumer Credit Executive.
Ed brings to the Tri-Cities the experience necessary to guide our Real Estate community in the direction we are all excited to see.
